The main reasons for oil deterioration during use are as follows:

②When burning, the paint film, deposit colloid and carbon deposit produced by high-temperature oxidation;
③Dust that enters the engine oil from the outside;
④ Acidic substances generated during combustion;
⑤ The crankcase ventilation device is blocked, and poor heat dissipation causes the oil to heat up and form a gel;
⑥The anatomized gasoline in the mixed gas is mixed into the engine oil and the cooling water in the water jacket penetrates the engine oil, etc.
The cylinder head gasket is damaged or other reasons cause water in the cylinder block or crankcase. When the water content exceeds 0.1%, the detergent and dispersant in the engine oil will become ineffective, thereby accelerating the oxidation of the engine oil. When the engine oil contains more water, the lubricity of the engine oil will deteriorate, the viscosity will decrease, and the anti-friction effect of the oil film will be poor. In the lighter case, the oil will deteriorate prematurely and the machine parts will rust. accident.

If the generator piston ring or cylinder wear is not found, fuel flees into the crankcase to contact the oil, and the long-term high temperature causes the oil to deteriorate, the viscosity decreases, and the oil film has a poor effect. In this way, the lubrication and sealing effect of the oil film gradually fails, and the friction between the piston ring and the cylinder wall continues to increase. For a long time, whenever the piston is working, high-temperature flames continue to enter the crankcase, causing problems such as lubrication failure and tile burning in the crankcase.
