Remove the cylinder injector and place it on the injector test bench for inspection, or after removing the injector, connect it to the high-pressure fuel pipe of the diesel generator set fuel injection pump on the outside, and set the fuel injection pump side cover Remove, use the screwdriver to pry the plunger spring seat to pump oil, and check the fuel injection condition of the fuel injector. If the fuel injection quality is not good, the fuel injector should be disassembled for inspection and adjustment. When disassembling, it should be soaked in gasoline and then disassembled, and then placed on a wooden block to grind away the carbon deposits. Excessively worn fuel injectors should be replaced.
